Frank Lampard’s Derby County face Marcelo Bielsa’s Leeds United in the first leg of the Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Semi-Final at Pride Park.

Leeds have had the upper hand over Frank Lampard’s side twice in the 2018/19 campaign, but Lampard and Derby County will still be confident.

20′ There isn’t too much to report in the opening 20 minutes at Pride Park. Both sides have enjoyed large spells of possession, but real chances been created thus far.

23′ Leeds United make an early change as Jamie Shackleton comes on to replace Adam Forshaw who picks up an injury.

25′ A decent move from the visitors down the left side which resulted in Kalvin Philips making room on the edge of the box, but his effort was mis-hit and flies well over the crossbar.

30′ Pablo Hernandez goes on a fantastic run, and it takes a fantastic save from Kelle Roos to deny the Spaniard.

42′ Another quiet spell in the game, with neither side really creating any clear-cut chances depaite good spells of possession.

45′ The fourth official has awarded a minimum of one minute of additional time.

55′ GOAL!! Jack Harrison plays an inch perfect ball into the path of Lemar Roofe, and the Leeds forward converts the chance expertly to fire Leeds United into the lead

57′ CHANCE! Lemar Roofe tries his luck from the edge of the box, but Kelle Roos is on hand to deny Roofe a second goal in a matter of minutes.

62′ CHANCE! Leeds should be out of sight here as Gaetano Berardi picks the ball up in the box, but the Swiss defender couldn’t make a clean strike on the ball.

Kemar Roofe’s strike in the 55th minute seperates the two sodes at Pride Park. Frank Lampard and his side were left seething as the linesman overturned Craig Pawson’s initial decision to award Derby a penalty in the closing stages, and Matuesz Klich seemingly raised his head to a Derby County player, and he got away with just a booking. But, it’s on to next weeks decider at Elland Road.
