Manchester City lose Mewis & Ravelle following US call-up

Manchester City Women will be without Sam Mewis and Rose Lavelle for four matches after the pair were called up to the United States squad against Columbia, later this month.

The duo will miss City’s FA Women’s Super League fixtures against West Ham United, Aston Villa and Brighton as the national team begin their training camp on 9 January. In addition, the pair will also miss City’s Continental Cup quarter-final clash with Chelsea.
