Stockport’s Nathan Aspinall is playing the ‘darts of his life’ at present, and the World no.13 believes that a place in the PDC’s elite isn’t too far away.
In an exclusive interview with tomsportsjourno.com, Aspinall realises that he’s in the best form of his career at present, and with two PDC televised titles to his name, the world’s his oyster.
“I want to show the PDC, Matthew Porter and Barry Hearn, who trusted me and gave me opportunity, that I will work as hard as I possibly can in these tournaments to get to the top.
“They (the PDC) gave me the chances and the opportunities, so it’s only fair that I repay them and play well. If I’m playing well, they’re happy, and I’m happy because I’m winning, so what more do you want?”
The Stockport-based ace produced a number of fantastic performances en route to the US Darts Masters title in Las Vegas, and the future is most certainly bright for Nathan Aspinall.

The UK Open champion takes on Mervyn King at the Betfred World Matchplay on Saturday, and believe it or not, it’s the first time that the two players have met in a competitive PDC match.
